Under the direction of Todd Westendorf the Chiawana High School Stage Company will be giving several performances of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe; the costumes were put together by Verna Schwilke. Performances will take place this weekend and next on Friday and Saturday at 7:00pm, April 15,16, 22 and 23. Tickets cost $10 for students and $12 for adults, they can be purchased at the Chiawana High School ASB Office Monday-Friday between 7:00am-2:00pm, Mills Music in Kennewick Washington or at the door.

The 31st Annual Pasco Chamber Auction, Lights...Camera...Auction, is right around the corner and tickets are going fast. The auction will be held on April 9 at the Red Lion Hotel in Pasco Washington beginning with a social hour at 6:00pm. There will be a silent auction, dinner, and a live auction. Little ol’ Tri Cities Washington isn’t as quaint as those living here might think it is. Dating back to the early 1900s the Tri Cities has been recognized for many great accomplishments and earned a place on many different Top 10 or Top 20 lists around the nation.

The most recent accomplishment or Top 20 list that the Tri Cities has made its way on to is the American Cowboy Magazine’s Top 20 list of the best places in the west for a cowboy. The magazine looked at places where there are still beautiful pieces of untainted land, untouched by the metro areas. Places where cowboys could hang their hats with plenty of room to stretch out. "High Class at White Pass" is scheduled for Saturday, April 9th. It is a dinner with wine tasting that will take place in the Sitzmark Lounge (bar) in the White Pass Ski Resort Day Lodge. White Pass Company has graciously offered to donate and prepare the food and it looks like we have at least 4 wineries confirmed at this date to pour wine.  

100% of the proceeds will go to the White Pass Ski Patrol!
This "High Class" event will happen on the same day the Film Festival is scheduled and plan to start right after (approximately 4pm to 6pm).
