Given that the national housing market isn't looking too good one might think that the Tri-Cities isn't do too well either. According to Marchell Mascheck, a Windermere Realtor, the Tri-City housing market is doing great, "we haven't followed the national trend in many years." Now is actually a good time to sell because there is a balance of buyers and sellers. Many people still aren't too sure about delving into the area housing market, but there couldn't be a better time. Especially since interest rates are at a two-year low, and The Tri-City Association of Realtors says that home sales are up, from this time last year, 1%.
