Free Presentation – Colorectal Cancer at TCCC in KennewickA couple of years ago, the Centers for Disease Control or CDC reported that while the number of colorectal cancer deaths throughout the United States have drastically gone down in recent years, Washington still ranks number one in the country for the highest rate of colon cancer deaths. The numbers are staggering: 21.1 per 100,000 deaths in Washington, D.C. alone.

Tri Cities Cancer Center Foundation Presents Look Good…Feel BetterThe battle with cancer is never easy especially for women, and that is why the American Cancer Society and the Tri Cities Cancer Center Foundation have collaborated to bring you Look Good…Feel Better.

This workshop of sorts will have Robyn Stradley as facilitator, and it will be held at the Foundation Conference Room of the Tri Cities Cancer Center on March 19, from 10AM to 12PM.

Look Good and Feel Better
This event aims to teach women who are going through cancer treatments how to cope with the changes brought forth by these such as skin changes and hair loss. Robyn will instruct participants how to apply cosmetics and how to disguise hair loss, including loss of eyebrows. Complimentary cosmetic kits will be provided to participants.
