Mark your calendar for Tuesday, March 8, 5:30pm-9:00pm for the 3rd annual Mardi Gras auction at the Country Gentleman. This auction will feature a diverse selection of auction items, distinctive art by local artists, Cajun style cooking, live music, and dancing. Doors open at 5:30 pm, Cocktail hour and the Silent Auction will take place at 6:00pm followed by dinner, a live auction and dessert dash at 7:00pm. The Multicultural Club at Washington State University Tri Cities presents the 3rd Annual Martin Luther King Jr. event. The event, which will occur January 14, features an inter-generational panel at 6:30pm to discuss civil rights accomplishments and current challenges. Panelists will include Dr. Novella N. Bridges, a senior research chemist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory; Zixu Ha, the ASWSU Tri Cities President; and Jack Hamann, author of On American Soil: How Justice Became a Casualty of WWII. The first 350 guests in the door will receive a free sit down dinner. Following the panel and dinner at 8:00pm, Larry Fuller will be doing a Jazz performance with guest singer, Shilah Phillips.

This event titled “A Night of Entertainment” will take place at the Westside Center in Richland Washington and begins at 6:30pm. The evening will feature comedian Bob Smiley and Illusionist Drew Worsham with a worship set by local band Arise. For 30 years now Kennewick Washington has been home to the annual Tri Cities Wine Festival and this year is no different. Join other wine lovers November 5-6 for a weekend of wining and dining. The festival will take place at the Three Rivers Convention Center.

This event is being held to raise money for the services provided by the Benton Franklin Chapter of the American Red Cross. The Red Mountain Lion's Club presents the 2nd Annual Fat Man's Bi-Athlon on Friday May 21st. With a $60 donation you will be entered into the 9 hole scramble, dinner, and entry in the Texas Hold'em Poker tournament. All proceeds benefit the Red Mountain Lions Club.
