If your child is getting cabin fever this winter break and you want them to partake in a fun and educational activity, look no further! Children will have fun exploring electricity and technology in this hands-on science class that will cover the principals of magnetism and motors. Students will create an electromagnet, identify motor parts and use common tools to dismantle an electric motor. All materials and tools are provided. Tri Cities Wa Lighted Boat Parade on the Columbia River this weekend December 4th and 5th from 6:00 to 9:00 in the evening. Bring your warm clothes and (hopefully) stand next to a warm fire or friend and enjoy the parade.
