On Saturday, May 31 Mid-Columbia Market invites everyone for an afternoon of the opportunity to learn how to make the best coffee you've ever had - from scratch!
From 2:00 until 4:00 in the afternoon discover the nuances of coffee making, from production to roasting; explore how climate and geographic location affect coffee flavor; learn the colors and characteristics of the six different roast stages; and taste the differences between coffees made from beans roasted to different stages.

Watch and learn as they demonstrate how to make the best possible cup of coffee at home with your freshly roasted beans. Plus, attendees will get to roast a variety of beans to different roast stages and take the roasted beans home with them.
