On Saturday, May 31 Mid-Columbia Market invites everyone for an afternoon of the opportunity to learn how to make the best coffee you've ever had - from scratch!
From 2:00 until 4:00 in the afternoon discover the nuances of coffee making, from production to roasting; explore how climate and geographic location affect coffee flavor; learn the colors and characteristics of the six different roast stages; and taste the differences between coffees made from beans roasted to different stages.
