The Rude Mechanicals will feature Othello on January 28, 2016 at The Uptown Theatre, located at 1300 Jadwin Ave., Richland, WA. Othello will start at 7:00 p.m. Groundling seat tickets are $5 each. General Admission costs $18, but for students, seniors, military and educators, it can be purchased for only $15. For Royal Gallery, admission costs $50. Add $10 for backstage pass. The Othello Sandhill Crane Festival started in 1998. The Greater Othello Chamber of Commerce and the Columbia National Wildlife Refuge (U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service) sponsors this annual festival. Through the collective efforts of committee members, the festival is carefully planned, organized and conducted. The Sandhill Crane Festival Committee includes Grant Conservation District staff, Othello citizens, and residents from the neighboring Columbia Basin communities of Ephrata, Moses Lake, and Royal City.
