The Three Rivers Tattoo Convention will be held on September 22 to 24, 2017. The convention will be from 12:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. on the 22nd, 11:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. on the 23rd, and 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on the 24th. The Three Rivers Tattoo Convention will take place at the Three Rivers Convention Center, at 7016 W Grandridge Boulevard, Kennewick, WA.
