Wear your own costume and don't forget to bring your carved pumpkins between 8:00 until 10:00 in the morning to enter the 2014 Carved Pumpkin Contest. Winners will be announced at 11:00 in the morning. There will also be contests at the event for four age groups: ages 0-4, ages 5-11, ages 12-17, and ages 18 and up will compete for bragging rights!

Ttrick or treat in Downtown Pasco will be from 11:00 in the morning until 1:00 in the afternoon.
