Calling all pet owners and pet lovers out there to come and check out Pooch & Their Person Costume Parade at the John Dam Plaza 1815 George Washington Way in Richland, Washington on Saturday, October 25 at 11:00 in the morning.
Details of the Pooch & Their Person Costume Parade
For admission all you have to bring is a bag of dog food that will be donated to Pet Over Population. Prizes will be given to the most creative attire for pooch, person and excitingly, both!
Please take note: Pooches are required to be on a leash.
