For decades Christ the King School has held Sausage Fest, the primary fundraising event for each school year. This annual community event hosts nearly 25,000-30,000 people a year making it the third largest event in Tri Cities Washington. The White Pass Ski Patrol is hosting a Brews, Brats, & Boards Fundraiser. Â We operate purely on the donations of others. Â Please come and join for what will not doubt be lots of fun. Â If you cannot make it, but a ticket anyway, as all proceeds go to the White Pass Ski Patrol.
For over 27 years six local Rotary groups including the Rotary Clubs of Columbia Center, Columbia Valley Daybreak, Pasco-Kennewick, Richland, Richland Riverside and Tri-Cities Sunrise. Over $2 million has been raised in the 27 years since the duck race's inception have come together. This year the kick off for the Mid-Columbia Duck race will be held on Saturday, October 10 at Columbia Park in Kennewick (by the bandshell and Lampson Pits) from 10:00 in the morning until 1:00 in the afternoon.
