Fiddlin Under The Stars Bluegrass Festival At Ekone Park GoldendaleFrom May 28 to 31, “Fiddlin’ Under the Stars”, a musical bonanza that has been a favorite of jammers and bluegrass lovers for years will take place in Ekone Park 411 N. Wilbur Avenue, Goldendale, Washington.

On Wednesday and Thursday, May 28 and 28 musicians are invited to open pick, jam and dry camp. Live performances will be on Friday through Saturday, May 30 and 31.

Everyone is encouraged to bring blankets or chairs. But bleachers are available should you wish to witness the performance from there. On Sunday, June 1, first ever Bluegrass Gospel musical worship will take place.

The Sandhill Crane Festival, Othello, WashingtonThe Othello Sandhill Crane Festival started in 1998. The Greater Othello Chamber of Commerce and the Columbia National Wildlife Refuge (U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service) sponsors this annual festival. Through the collective efforts of committee members, the festival is carefully planned, organized and conducted. The Sandhill Crane Festival Committee includes Grant Conservation District staff, Othello citizens, and residents from the neighboring Columbia Basin communities of Ephrata, Moses Lake, and Royal City.

It's that time of year again, time to head out to the Country Mercantile for their annual Harvest Festival. The festival features rides, a pumpkin patch, petting zoo, mazes, and a variety of fun for the whole family.

Admission is $6.50 per person; children under the age of 2 are free. Admission covers a ride out to the pumpkin patch, the corn maze, straw-bale maze and pyramids as well as the petting zoo; admission does not include rides. Pumpkins are sold separately. The cost for pumpkins are as follows: Orange Pumpkins - $0.24/lb; Red and White Pumpkins - $0.59/lb; corn stalks - $5.95 each; and bales of straw - $5.95 each.

Prosser Wine & Food Fair Walter Clore Wine and Culinary CenterThis Saturday, August 9, the city of Prosser Washington will be hosting the 33rd Annual Prosser Wine and Food Fair. The festival draws close to 2500 wine lovers from all over the region for an afternoon of fine wine and food. Stroll around tasting wine from 34 Washington wineries, enjoying food put together by 15 local vendors, and trying beer from a couple local breweries as you enjoy the sounds of the local bands that will be performing.

The event will take place at the Walter Clore Wine and Culinary Center located in 2140 Wine Country Road Prosser, WA. Things will kick off at 2:00pm and last until 8:00pm. Tickets cost $27.50 and includes admission, glass and program. Neither minors (under 21) nor pets will be permitted at the event.

For 30 years now Kennewick Washington has been home to the annual Tri Cities Wine Festival and this year is no different. Join other wine lovers November 5-6 for a weekend of wining and dining. The festival will take place at the Three Rivers Convention Center.

Friday night will feature a night of wine, a 5-course meal and a seminar. Things will get rolling at 6:30pm and last until 10:00pm.
