The Charity Walleye Fishing Derby aims to raise funds for the Rascal Rodeo. Entry fee costs $200 and half of this amount will go to the Rascal Rodeo. For the Big Fish Pot event, the entry fee is $50. Both amateur and professional fishers can join the event. Each team will be comprised of 3 persons, with a limit of up to 6 fishes.  Participants will be provided with lunch during the weigh-in. About the Electrathon America Derby Race
The Electrathon America Derby Race is an annual event that features derby-type cars produced by high school and college students from the Northwest. The Horn Rapids Kart Track will be the race's venue this year. For more than 12 years, the organizers had to build a track at Columbia Basin College parking lot just to make the Electrathon event possible.

Joining the Electrathon America Derby Race are around 12 cars. Winners will enjoy bragging rights and special prizes. The

Soap Box Derby is a youth soap box car racing event. This features kids driving fast in colorful Derby cars. These cars have 2 seats. One seat is intended for the typically-able kid driver and the other seat with a passive steering wheel is for the driver with intellectual or developmental disabilities. This is not a contest but a sports activity for youngsters of all abilities to race the wind.

The Lions Club Arena Announces The Lind Combine Demolition Derby in Lind WashingtonAre you ready for the 2014 Derby Extravaganza Weekend?

Lind Combine Demolition Derby Schedule of Events
The event starts on Friday Night, June 13 at the Lions Club Arena with a Pickup & Car Racing Time Trials at 6:00 in the evening while Race starts at 6:30.

On Saturday, June 14, 2014, two parades will happen in down town Lind: Kid Parade at 10:45 in the morning and the Grand Parade at 11:00. A Community BBQ follows right after the parade. Then it's time to head to the arena! Schedule follows Pickup Racing at 2:00 in the afternoon, Combine Demolition at 3:00. Intermission of Combines ~ Pickups & Grain Truck Racing

And finally on Sunday, June 15 at 2:00 in the afternoon watch the Coaster Car Racing on Smart's Hill.
