The 2016 Gala D'Vine is regarded as the biggest fundraiser that benefits the Trios Foundation and its programs. Gala D'Vine also happens to be the only black tie event in Kennewick. This year's theme will be 'Starry Starry Night' and everyone is expected to come with their inner beauty shining through!
