Singer and songwriter Quinell's first introduction to guitar was at age of 15, he learned few basic chords and simple songs but didn't have passion for music yet. He was more focused and determined to be an ice-hockey professional player.
At the age of 23 when he knew his competitive hockey career was nearing end Quinell discovered comfort in writing and re acquainted himself with the guitar and his passion for songwriting began to emerge. Combining catchy melodies with heartfelt lyrics, he writes songs that you can't help but sing along to. With influences ranging from Jack Johnson to The Black Keys, Quinell brings a sound that is not defined by any one genre. He is one artist you won't want to miss.
