Three Rivers Folklife Society has put on the Tumbleweed Music Festival every year and on August 30, 31, & September 1, 2019 the festival will be celebrating their 23rd annual festival. Bring the whole family out and enjoy some wonderful music, scrumptious food, and a walk through the park looking at what the different vendors have to display in Richland Washington's Howard Amon Park. If you are interested there will also be workshops to attend, here is a list of the workshops offered. Every year we love to take a stroll through the park listening to the various musical groups and letting the kids play. Producing nearly 7% of the nation's electricity in the last decade, conventional hydropower is the largest source of renewable energy in the United States. And in the Pacific Northwest, hydropower facilities have generated nearly 40% of this electricity. Presence of these structures in rivers can influence fish populations.
