Richland Public Library will be hosting Native American Arts, Crafts & Culture Day, a free event on Saturday, November 1 from 10:00 in the morning until 3:00 in the afternoon.
Details of the Event
This will be a hands-on activities for all ages including dream catchers, tule reed mats and decoys, totem poles, bracelets, necklaces, teepee, puzzle, coloring, construction and more. Native American Arts, Crafts & Culture Day also feature demonstrations, illustrations and presentations of Native American crafts and culture. The event is sponsored by the American Indian Science & Engineering Society Columbia River Chapter.

10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Various Hands-on Activities & Demonstrations for all ages*
10:00-11:00 a.m. Native Dance & Regalia Demonstration
11:00-11:30 a.m. Drum Making
12:00-1:00 p.m. Native Dance & Regalia Demonstration
1:00-2:00 p.m. Stick Ball and Hand-game Demonstration
2:00-3:00 p.m. Native Storytelling
