Today we have made live a site we have had under development for the last half year or so.  We are not quite done with the improvements, however, there is enough finished to go live.You Will Love Our New Website!

There are many, many improvements in the new site over our last site.  Probably the greatest improvement in the new design over the previous design is the new site's responsiveness.  Although the previous version was a great site, in fact one of the best in the Tri Cities Washington real estate market, the old site was not responsive. Benton County was just named the most affordable metropolitan county in the state for first time homebuyers. This is a title Benton County is familiar with due to high wages, this is seen when looking at the first time homebuyer affordability index which is at 127.9(seasonally adjusted data).
