Discovering Chocolate From Bean To Bar Sharehouse Richland, WashingtonOn Saturday, February 7 Sharehouse proudly presents “CACAO, Discovering Chocolate from Bean to Bar” an interactive evening, investigating the depths of a favored indulgence. Sharehouse is located at 2150 Keene Road in Richland, Washington. There will be two sessions: at 4 p.m. & 8 p.m. Tickets are priced at $15 (available at Sharehouse)

About the “CACAO, Discovering Chocolate from Bean to Bar”
The event will kick off with an introduction to Cacoa, beginning with the bean, from the process of farming it to the importance of fairly trading it.

Chef Jamie Christensen of tsp Bakeshop, is the featured chef. He will be speaking on how to incorporate cacao into well-crafted combinations, discussing variable components such as percentages, profiles, and pairings.

The evening will wrap up with an “assemble your own” take home truffle box, to savor for yourself or share with a special sweetie. A live cellist will accompany the sampling portion of the event. Seating for this event is limited to 80 guests per session.
