Chef Judith Henderson has been has been perfecting her signature soft farm cheese pâtés for some years now and on the 20th of July, the chef has agreed to hold a small, exclusive, hands-on pâté class, teaching the technique in making her signature three soft farm cheese pâté.
So, if you love succulent food and wine in Three Rivers, please come and join the class. You will also take home your own pâté! Surprise guests at your next wine tasting with a Soft Farm Cheese Pâté appetizer you made yourself. Tools and recipes are included in the fee amounting to $35.00/person only.
