About Cement Suitcase
This is an anti-romantic comedy that is simple, clear-cut and hilarious, and develops right around the area, in the wine country of Yakima Valley. Cement Suitcase is written and directed by Granger native J. Rick Castaneda.
The movie follows Franklin Roew's (Dwayne Bartholomew) misfortune as he faces the realities of losing his mother's house, his job, and girlfriend. He eventually comes to terms with his life, and decides to let go of his "cement" baggage, and start anew.
