The Domestic Violence Services of Benton and Franklin Counties is inviting everyone to join the 14th Annual Candlelight Vigil on October 27, 2016, from 6:15 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. This event will be held at the Richland Community Center, 500 Amon Park Drive, Richland, WA. About the 14th Annual Candlelight Vigil
The 14th Annual Candlelight Vigil is an event dedicated for those who have survived domestic violence. It is comprised of activities that help raise the awareness of the community regarding domestic violence. This year's celebration will give prominence to 40 life-size silhouettes that represent the 41 individuals killed by domestic violence within the Tri-Cities since 1998. Around 900 luminaries will light up the community center to represent the number of individuals receiving DVS service every year.
