The 14th Annual Candlelight Vigil is an event dedicated for those who have survived domestic violence. It is comprised of activities that help raise the awareness of the community regarding domestic violence. This year's celebration will give prominence to 40 life-size silhouettes that represent the 41 individuals killed by domestic violence within the Tri-Cities since 1998.
