About Advance Planning for End of Life Seminar
Attendees will learn a lot about communicating their needs and wants to their loved ones by taking part in Advance Planning for End of Life Seminar. It will enlighten the participants the importance of end-of-life choices that everybody makes. End of Life Washington will present the services that participants can avail for free! Participants will be able to document the kind of medical care they want to receive guided by the experts. Everybody gets the chance to explore the End of Life Washington Advance Directive which is a combination of Living Will and Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care.
