Sacagawea Heritage Trail | Kiosk Sponsors Help Trail Progress
Posted by Colleen Lane onAs of June first, the Cities of Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland, in conjunction with the Ports of Benton, Kennewick, and Pasco have nearly completed installing thirteen kiosk maps along the Sacagawea Heritage Trail. Each of the kiosk maps are location-specific so trail users can determine their exact location along the 23-miles of paved pedestrian trail and the distance to the next trailhead. Given that the national housing market isn't looking too good one might think that the Tri-Cities isn't do too well either. According to Marchell Mascheck, a Windermere Realtor, the Tri-City housing market is doing great, "we haven't followed the national trend in many years."Âť Now is actually a good time to sell because there is a balance of buyers and sellers. Many people still aren't too sure about delving into the area housing market, but there couldn't be a better time. Especially since interest rates are at a two-year low, and The Tri-City Association of Realtors says that home sales are up, from this time last year, 1%.
In the recent newsletter from Washington REALTORS®, this article caught my attention regarding multi-cultural clients.
