Bad, really bad customer service at Sprint in Kennewick. I purchased a Palm Pre 30 days ago at 10:30am on June 6th. Within a week I concluded the phone was bad and today I was refused a return by Kennewick Sprint's manager!  My story...

Single family new home building permits are down for 2009 here in the Tri Cities Washington.. However, the numbers may be skewed a bit as Richland seems to be the only city really down, and Richland's lower new home permits may be a result of no room to grow except north. The Tri Cities new home building permits are the lowest in 10 or so years! In most economies this would be indicative of a poor economy, but not the Tri Cities!
MSNBC is reporting Moody's Adversity Index has 93% of the country's metropolitan areas in a recession. However, of the 28 metro areas not in a recession is the Tri Cities of Washington's, Kennewick, Richland, and Pasco. In fact, the Tri Cities is the only metro area in the state of Washington not in a recession.
