Cottonwood Springs is a newer housing community nestled in the midst of hills in Southwest Kennewick. Many choose to live in the Cottonwood Springs Community for the open spaces and the large plots of land; most of the homes are located on a little less than one acre of land. The community is within 15 minutes of Columbia Center Mall, Costco, Albertsons, parks, Columbia River access, and a plethora of other amenities.
