Yoga for Scoliosis & Back Care is happening every Tuesday until November 24. Patients suffering from a mild imbalance condition in the back or major curves from scoliosis are welcome to attend the Yoga Scoliosis & Back Care at The Yoga Community in Kennewick, Washington.
About Yoga For Scoliosis & Back Care
In this special Yoga class, you will learn to understand your own back and how to develop a better structural and symmetrical alignment. This series will help you develop better body awareness and improved alignment and balance while helping to reduce pain and discomfort.Â
