Gold's Gym is inviting all fitness buffs and dance enthusiasts to join the Red, White & Blue Dance Party. The dance party will feature Zumba, BodyJam, and Cize. Participants will be guided by Gold's Gym's fitness and dance instructors to ensure correct movement will be executed.
