27th Annual Mid Columbia Duck Race In Kennewick, Washington

For over 27 years six local Rotary groups including the Rotary Clubs of Columbia Center, Columbia Valley Daybreak, Pasco-Kennewick, Richland, Richland Riverside and Tri-Cities Sunrise. Over $2 million has been raised in the 27 years since the duck race's inception have come together. This year the kick off for the Mid-Columbia Duck race will be held on Saturday, October 10 at Columbia Park in Kennewick (by the bandshell and Lampson Pits) from 10:00 in the morning until 1:00 in the afternoon.

The Mid Columbia Duck Race fundraiser has been going on for the past 27 years. During those 27 years the local Rotary groups have raised money used to support local human service organizations and projects.

On Wednesday, September 2 at 5:00 in the afternoon Sun Willows in Pasco, Washington will be teaching golf to juniors and adults. Â
On Friday, September 11 everyone is invited at the Canyon Lake Golf Course as Domestic Violence Services of Benton & Franklin Co. holds their 10th Annual Charity Golf Tournament. The tournament starts at 8:00 in the morning.
This coming Friday, July 17 come and join the 1st Annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Pink Ribbon Golf Classic at the Sun Willows Golf Course in Pasco, Washington. Registration starts at 11:30 in the morning; Tee-off at 1:00 in the afternoon.
There will be a golf tournament at the Canyon Lakes Golf Course this Friday June 5 from 12:00 noon to 1:00 in the afternoon. This is a fund raising activity to support the people of The Arc of Tri-Cities. Canyon Lakes Golf Course is located at 3700 Canyon Lakes Drive, Kennewick, Washington.Â
On Saturday, May 30 everyone is invited to the 9th United Way Young Leaders Society Scramble Golf Tournament at the Tri-City Country Club in 314 N. Underwood Street Kennewick, Washington. Check in will be at 12:00 noon; shotgun starts at 1:00 in the afternoon.
On Friday, May 1 from 12:00 noon until 6:30 in the evening Sun Willows Golf Course is hosting the May Day Golf Outing. Admission fee is $80 Individual / $300 Team of 4.
On Monday, September 8 everyone is invited to the 24th Annual Golf Classic at Meadow Springs Country Club located in 700 Country Club Road Richland, Washington. Morning Registration will start at 7:00 and Tee Off will be at 8:00. Afternoon Registration will be at 12:30 pm and Tee Off at 1:30.
All golfers out there are invited to the HAPO Golf Classic on Friday, August 22 from 11:30 in the morning to 1:00 in the afternoon at Canyon Lakes Golf Course 3700 W Canyon Lakes Drive in Kennewick, Washington. Shotgun Starts at 1:00 in the afternoon while dinner and awards will be at 5:00. Putting contest follows right after the awarding ceremonies.
