Penny Carnival Family Resource Center of Tri-Cities In Kennewick WashingtonOn Saturday, August 15 the Family Resource Center of Tri-Cities will be hosting their 1st Annual Penny Carnival at 3221 W. Kennewick Avenue in Kennewick, Washington from 10:00 in the morning until 2:00 in the afternoon.
