  2. Kids must not be allowed to play with fire. Matches and lighters must not be within kids' reach. Children must be taught of the dangers that playing with fire can bring.
  3. Families must practice how they will escape the fire. There must be a plan of what to do in case of fire and it must be well-understood by everyone.
