Annual CBC Faculty Art Exhibit At The Esvelt Gallery Pasco, WA

The Annual CBC Faculty Art Exhibit is open today through March 12 at the Esvelt Gallery, 2600 N. 20th in Pasco, Washington.

About the Event
The annual CBC Art show showcases a new work created by the CBC art faculty, whose members are working studio artists exhibiting in both regional and national exhibitions. This group show demonstrates the wider range of media and artistic practice employed by these artists. Ceramics, drawing, painting, photography and sculpture will be presented by the following artists:

Desert Fiber Arts "Outside the Box" Exhibit In Richland, Washington

From January 6th to the 30th, Allied Arts Gallery located 89 Lee Boulevard Richland, Washington welcomes everyone to Desert Fiber Arts "Outside the Box" Exhibit.

Hours: Tuesday - Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m
Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Warmth and color all month long. Desert Fiber Arts Guild will fill the Gallery in the Park. Featuring unique expressions in fiber using many techniques like weaving, knitting, hand spinning, tapestry, crochet, tatting, basketry, felting, surface design & dyeing. Various fiber arts techniques will be demonstrated in the Gallery throughout January. The hand spinners will be at their wheels every Tuesday from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Eighteenth Annual Gem and Mineral Show in Kennewick

On April 26 and 27, from 10AM to 5PM, the Lakeside Gem and Mineral Club will hold the 18th Annual Gem and Mineral Show at Benton County Fairgrounds in Kennewick, Wa.

Lakeside Gem and Mineral Club
Named after Lake Wallula and to commemorate the newly built McNary Dam, Lakeside Gem and Mineral Club was started in 1953.

Its purpose is to promote activities of mutual interest for collecting and displaying of gems and minerals.

Signature Quilts at White Bluffs Quilt Museum in Richland, WA

Signature Quilts is currently on exhibit at the White Bluffs Quilt Museum on Torbett Street in Richland, Wa. This quilt was pieced together between the years 1920-1930 by Sylvia Matteson Bradley, a White Bluffs pioneer.

The quilt contains 54 signatures of community members, and this exhibit will be put on display until May. All are invited to attend the reception that will take place on March 16 from 1:30 to 3:30PM.
