Richland Airport Aviation Celebration At Richland Airport, WashingtonInviting all aviation enthusiasts, come and be a part of the Aviation Celebration, formerly Richland Fly-In at the Richland Airport of the Bypass Highway on Saturday, June 20 from 8:00 in the morning to 3:00 in the afternoon.

The celebration will start with a pancake breakfast fund raiser for a local chapter of the Experimental Aircraft Association. Several kinds of aircraft will be on display including one from Pasco-based Viper Aircraft Company which made the homebuilt plane kits. Wings Of Freedom At Bergstrom Aircraft In Pasco, WashingtonFrom June 12 to 14, Bergstrom Aircraft invites everyone to Wings of Freedom. The event returns to Pasco for the first time since 2012 with World War II aircraft from the Massachusetts-based Collings Foundation’s collection. Planes include the vintage Flying Fortress “Nine O Nine,” one of only eight such Boeing B-17 bombers still in flying condition in the United States.

Schedule:
Friday 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tours cost $12 for adults and $6 for children, ground tours are free for World War II veterans.

Warbirds Over Washington, Miniature Association Aircraft Airfield Everyone is invited at the Miniature Association Aircraft Airfield in West Richland on Friday, September 29 and Saturday, September 30 from 9:00 in the morning until 5:00 in the afternoon and Sunday, September 31 from 9:00 in the morning until 3:00 in the afternoon for the “Warbirds over Washington” event.

Details of the Event
There will be a pre-registration fee of $35.00 or $40.00 at the airfield for participants. Warbirds over Washington is sponsored and promoted by Sport Flyer Magazine in an effort to hold a premier Warbird event that has been missing in the northwest.
