From October3 to 5, festivities in the Sunnyside’s Sunshine Days will include a parade, street vendors, arts and crafts, entertainment, a pie eating contest, mechanical bull rides, and so much more on 6th & Edison in Downtown Sunnyside, Washington.
Details of the Sunshine Days
This year’s Sunshine Days will be using the community center for a Regal Majesty Pageant on Saturday afternoon, Centennial Square for entertainment throughout the weekend and sections of Sixth Street between Decatur and Franklin avenues for vendors and entertainment.
The parade route of the event will run from 16th Street west on Edison Avenue through downtown, then turn on Zillah Avenue and finish at the Sunnyside Law & Justice Center.
The event will also include the Miss Sunnyside 10K, 5K and walk, the Sunnyside Fire Department pancake feed and the Miss Sunnyside Pageant on Sunday, October 6. Admission is free!
