Summer Chess Lessons: An Intellectually Challenging Game
Kindergarten and older individuals are invited to join the Summer Chess Lessons. The lesson will be comprised of practice games and playing against each other. The students will be guided by an expert chess player.
Playing chess is said to be the game for mentally gifted individuals. This kind of sports exercises the brain and promotes mental health. Studies also show that playing chess improves one's ability to solve problems. Seniors who do not play chess are more likely to suffer from Alzheimer's compared to ones who are active in playing it.
Join the chess lessons and make this summer worthwhile!
