Paddle boarding is a fun and beneficial sport and this coming Sunday, July 5 there will be a Stand Up Paddle boarding yoga classes for kids at the Two Rivers Park in Washington from 6:00 to 7:30 in the evening.

Children ages 14 and above are invited to attend the Stand Up Paddle board yoga class. There is no better way to connect with nature and to truly find yourself in the present moment. Let the board be your yoga mat and learn to improve your balance on the board.
The waters unstable forces will make you engage all your muscles at once and you don’t have to be reminded. It will start with a brief introduction to paddling then off to a designated location to have the yoga class. The paddleboard yoga is designed to increase your core stability, improve flexibility and balance. Ending with a final relaxation, be able to feel the connection to nature and its surroundings.
All gear is provided and registration is required. It is a 90 minute class.
