On September 18 the Pasco Chamber of Commerce will be holding their annual Sunshine Ball Masquerade event, Carnival by the Canal. The Sunshine Ball is held every year to formally announce the new board members as well as to show appreciation to past board members, volunteers, and community members for their service. Those in attendance must wear a mask; for an idea on what kind of mask to purchase visit any of the following sites: Vision of Venice, Dragon Maker, Il Prato, National Geographic, or Wikipedia. There will be a very limited number of masks for sale at the door.
The event committee has chosen a wonderful selection of food for the event that will be created by the Pasco Red Lion Hotel’s new Executive Chef Charles Reed. Entertainment will be provided by one of the Tri Cities favorite bands, Colorblind. The event will be taking place at the Pasco Red Lion Hotel. Social hour begins at 6:00pm with dinner taking place at 7:00pm. Ticket pricing is $50 for single tickets or $360 to reserve a table for 8.
