About Monday Movie Matinees Presents Karate Kid (Original)
The Karate Kid runs for 126 minutes. It's distributed by the Columbia Pictures which was released in 1984. There was also an adaptation of this film which was released in 2010. The story of the Karate Kid centers on a young man who is being bullied. A martial arts master offers to teach him karate so he can defend himself if anyone tries to bully him.

The Monday Movie Matinees is open to all ages. However, pre-schoolers and younger kids should be accompanied by an adult and large strollers should be parked outside the viewing room. Snacks are available at Bookmark Cafe.
