The Tri City Americans and the Washington State Potato Foundation are joining together for this game to recognize agriculture. The Tri City Americans will be playing the Vancouver Giants at 7:05 pm at the Toyota Center in Kennewick Washington. ‘Tis the season to be giving! This afternoon, December 4 from 3:00 - 5:00 pm, Historic Downtown Kennewick will be holding Warm Hands, Warm Heart. At 3:00pm Santa will make a grand entrance into Flag Plaza in Kennewick Washington, Santa will be riding in style as he enters in on a vintage fire truck. The Red Cross depends on the kind generosity of healthy members in the community to give blood each and every day. This Thanksgiving, the Benton Franklin Red Cross will be holding their 7th annual Turkey Trot to benefit the Benton/Franklin chapter of the American Red Cross. The annual Turkey Trot includes a 1 mile fun run and a 5k run, both races begin at 8:45am at the stage area of Columbia Park in Kennewick Washington (across from the playground of dreams). Registration after November 18 costs $20 per person or $25 if you would like a shirt too. Online, mail in, and in person registration for the Turkey Trot will be open up until November 23, day of the race registration will be available near the stage at Columbia Park.
