Eastern Scablands of the Ice Age Tour
The Eastern Scablands of the Ice Age Tour will be guided by Gary Kleinknecht. Gary is an expert in the field of Ice Age Floods. As the tour takes everyone to the Southern Cheney-Palouse Scabland Tract, Gary will share his knowledge and experiences in exploring more remote areas where these floods transpired and now regarded as natural heritage of the country.
Through this guided tour, participants will be able to explore the flood deposits which are over 780,000 years in existence. The tour will also feature the Rock Lake and the Big Cove Coulee. Admission costs $87 each. The tour will begin at The Reach Museum. Don't miss it!
