Couples Massage Workshop | Reducing A Loved One's Stress
Massage is a great treatment for stress and muscular tension. It is best received from a dear someone. Lotus of the Moon is, therefore, inviting couples for a relaxing workshop where participants can learn the techniques and best practices in giving a massage.
The class will include the use of essential oil roller ball made from a special blend. The couple will be asked to give and receive massage. It is advised that all participants wear comfortable clothes for the event. Participants are advised to bring a yoga mat, a pillow, and a blanket.
