On Wednesday, July 16 from 6:00 until 8:00 in the evening join Country Gentleman Catering for a hands-on experience making your own bratwurst sausage from scratch. The event will be held at Walter Clore Wine & Culinary Center 2140A Wine Country Road Prosser, Washington.

Participants will also be taught new recipes for delicious side dishes that round out the meal. Ticket price is $45.00 and includes all supplies, a full meal, and one glass of wine/beer. Everyone leaves with all the recipes AND a $20 gift certificate to the Country Gentleman Restaurant! Seating is limited to register early!
