On the first Thursday of every month, The Walter Clore Wine and Culinary Center offers a blind tasting of a specific wine varietal. Blind tasting refers to tasting the wines without knowing the winery, wine maker, the price or seeing the label of the wine. It is a great and unique way to develop your palate. Discover new wines and make your own decisions regarding the price, indicating your preference for wines. Taste the Barbera from six different wine makers and enjoy the evening with light appetizers.
Admission: $30 – including appetizers and 6 wines to sample
