About the American Society for Quality Meeting Featuring the Topic 'How to Handle Hostile Situations'
This ASQ Dinner Meeting will present the topic How to Handle Hostile Situations. This will feature Michael Blatman, the Law Enforcement Coordinator for Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers, who is also a Crime Prevention Specialist, together with the Kennewick Police Department.

The topics that will be discussed in this presentation will cover some calming and defusing tips, determining the phases of patterned behavior, effective and calm communication and the significance of behavioral and mental readiness. Admission to this event is $20 each for ASQ members and $25 for non-members. Don't miss it!
