A Trip Through Italy - Tri-Tech Student Led Dinner will feature Focaccia & Friselle and Seasonal Antipasto Plate for starter. Appetizers include Artichokes Jardiniere and Citrus, Capers,Olives,Permesan. Soup can either be Ribolluita, Cannellini, Olive Oil, Crouton or Zuppa Di Lenticchie Con Polpettine, Lentils, Sausage Meatballs. For Entrée, there will be Osso Bucco, Beef Shank, Saffron Rice, Parsley, Citrus & Garlic or Polenta Alla Griglia Con Ragu di Funghi, Polenta Cake, Porcini Mushroom Ragu or Arrosto Con Limone Caramellato, Pork Loin, Rosemary, Lemon. For dessert, there are Persche Con Crema Di Ricotta, Ricotta Cream-Filled Cake, Sospiri, Custard-Filled Cake, Gelato Al Pistachio and Pistachio Gelato.
