‘Cuentame Coyote’ On Stage At Gesa Power House Theater Walla Walla

On Saturday, May 24 “Cuentame Coyote” a play about Mexico border crossings by playwright Dael Maln comes to the Gesa Power House Theatre in Walla Walla. Curtain time is 7:30 in the evening.

About “Cuentame Coyote”
The play illustrates the plight of immigrants who suffer injustice and prejudice. It is story with a tragic ending according to Maln and because of some violence and sexual innuendo, the play is rated PG-13. “Cuentame Coyote” is produced by Maln's Portland-based theater group, Milagro.

LIGO's Public Tours At The LIGO Hanford Observatory Richland WA

On Friday, May 23 at 3:00 in the afternoon your LIGO host will provide you with a presentation about LIGO and an educational free public drop-in tours where you get a chance to see first-hand the excellent look of their facility located in LIGO Hanford Observatory (west of Richland on Horn Road (Route 10) Richland Washington.

Who can join the LIGO Tours
Anyone can be a part of the tour. If you want to go in a group, a private weekday or evening tour can be scheduled for a minimum of 15 persons. LIGO regularly offers tours for community groups, astronomy clubs, professional societies and others.

How long does the LIGO Tours take?
LIGO tours usually last about two hours. All ages are welcome. The tour is preferable for middle school age and up.
