About 'The Pout-Pout Fish' by Deborah Diesen
The presentation of 'The Pout-Pout Fish in the Big-Big Dark' book at Mid-Columbia Libraries is a part of the Mid-Columbia Reads festival which is a month-long celebration that aims to encourage support for written and spoken word through reading. This particular Mid-Columbia Reads event will feature the New York bestselling author, Deborah Diesen. Everybody gets a chance to have a free copy of the book 'The Pout-Pout Fish' until the supplies last.

Deborah Diesen is a native of Midland, Michigan. She discovered her love for writing when she started composing poems at a very young age. Having worked as a bookseller and a librarian, her love for books went further. At present, Deborah writes books for children and is working for a small nonprofit organization.
