the Emmy Award-Winning Saturday Cartoon Series in Richland, WAThe Academy of Children's Theatre is pleased to stage the "Schoolhouse Rock Live!" musical production on May 6, 7, 13 and 14, 2016. About "Schoolhouse Rock Live!"
Performing the "Schoolhouse Rock Live!" musical production are the 54 talented children of ACT. Julie Schroeder will be directing the show, to be assisted by Jane Winslow. Student director, Dylan Harbo, will render assistance for the production. "Schoolhouse Rock Live!" at the Academy of Children's Theatre has been modified to make it more appealing to the audience. A modern twist has been added to the melodies and lyrics, as well as in the dancing part. It will feature 21 songs, and of course, some history, grammar, science, math and politics just like the original production.

"Schoolhouse Rock!" was created by David McCall and was distributed by Disney- ABC Domestic Television. It's an American educational and musical production that was comprised of a series of animated short films. More than 64 episodes of "Schoolhouse Rock!" has been aired on TV
